Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Alma and tap Cancel Subscription.

The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

Restore purchases

New iPhone? In Alma, open Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account

  1. In Alma, open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

We delete your account and your personal data. What your partner wrote stays in their account.

Unpair from your partner

In Alma, open Settings and tap Unpair. You can link again with a new code.

Artificial intelligence

Alma is an AI. You can turn the AI features on or off at any time in Settings → AI features.

Report a problem or abuse

Write us a short description. If possible, include your sign-in e-mail; we will never ask for your password.

Alma is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 112 (EU) or your local emergency number.
