By creating an account, linking as a couple or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Alma. You can stop at any time by deleting your account.

Alma is a digital tool for conversation and reflection as a couple: guided questions, check-ins, conversations with Alma, exercises for two and a shared home that grows with you.

Alma does not replace:

• couples therapy or psychotherapy,
• medical, psychological or mental health advice,
• help in a crisis or in situations of violence.

If you are in a crisis or in danger, call the emergency number 112 (EU) or your local emergency services.

Alma's answers are generated automatically by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or not suited to your situation. Treat them as a prompt for conversation, not as professional advice, and do not make important decisions based on them alone. We ask for your permission before your first conversation with Alma; you can withdraw it in Settings.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alma. By signing up you confirm this.

Each person creates their own account and one invites the other. Only link with someone who also wants to share a space with you. Either of you can unpair in Settings.

Keep your access private and tell us if you suspect misuse. What you share in the couple space is visible to the other person according to the app's settings.

You agree not to use Alma to:

• harass, threaten, humiliate or monitor another person,
• impersonate someone or link someone without their agreement,
• access other people's data, tamper with the app or reverse engineer it,
• do anything unlawful.

You can report abuse to support@almarelacionamento.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process (including with Alma's AI) and display it, only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it or use it to train AI models.

The Alma brand, design, texts, illustrations, avatars and software belong to Vulpes Vanguard LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

Alma can be used for free with limited features. Full access requires a subscription bought in the app through Apple's App Store.

• Price and duration are shown before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• If there is a free trial, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

If you download Alma from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies. These terms supplement it. Apple is not responsible for Alma or its content.

We keep improving Alma. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, for example during maintenance. We cannot promise particular outcomes for your relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, Vulpes Vanguard LLC is not liable for indirect damage or for decisions you make in your relationship based on Alma. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You can stop using Alma and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it or to protect others.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect.

The law of your country of residence applies to the extent it protects you as a consumer. If there is a problem, please write to us first at support@almarelacionamento.app. We do not take part in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
